At Raj 99 Designers and Developers, every project begins with a vision and culminates in a lasting relationship. Our journey started on September 6, 1999, when Mr. Rajesh Thekkevalappil established the company from a modest office at Mankavu Bypass, Kozhikode.

Inspired by his father's lifelong career in the construction industry, Rajesh carried forward a legacy built on structural integrity, meticulous planning, and client transparency.

What began as Raj Construction has evolved into Raj 99—a premier name across Kozhikode, Kerala for turnkey residential villas, corporate headquarters, and commercial developments.

Foundation of Raj Construction

Founded by Mr. Rajesh Thekkevalappil at Mankavu Bypass, Kozhikode. First residential home construction commenced for Mr. Sunil Kumar.

2005 - 2012

Commercial Expansion & 3D Planning

Expanded into commercial infrastructure, retail spaces, and 3D architectural elevation design services across Malabar.

2018 - 2022

Rebranding to Raj 99 & Corporate Office
